For custom orders, the stamping and production process takes between 15 and 30 days, starting after the 50% deposit is received. The delivery times after completion and receipt of the final payment are the same as stated above.
If you are in Barranquilla, the shipping cost is $7,000.
If you’re outside of Barranquilla, shipping costs between $15,000 and $20,000, depending on the city you’re in.
Yes, we do accept exchanges, provided the product is returned in perfect condition and exchanged for a similar item. We do not offer refunds.

If the order hasn’t shipped and the item is in stock, we’ll make the change right away, and your order will arrive as requested. If it’s out of stock, we can offer a substitute.

As long as the product is not custom and is in the same condition as when it was sent, you can exchange it within one week of receiving it. If the product is in perfect condition, you must send it to Cra 60#72-139 in Barranquilla, and once we receive it, we will process the exchange. If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping costs.
Depending on the exchange reason, if the product is being returned due to a defect, we will cover the pickup and the new shipment to your address. If the exchange is for personal preference, you will need to cover the return shipping to our address, and we will handle the new shipment, with the cost being borne by the buyer.

We recommend measuring the width and length of the table and adding 40 to 60 cm to both dimensions. For example, for a table that measures 200×100 cm, we suggest a tablecloth size between 240×140 cm and 260×160 cm.
Each product comes with washing instructions on its label. The key points to remember are: do not use bleach or soak the item, as it may cause color loss; use a mild detergent; wash with similar colors; and remove the item from the washer immediately after the cycle. We do not recommend dry cleaning. For tough stains, we suggest Vanish Color or Oxiclean (but do not soak).
The printed tablecloths are made of 100% polyester or water-resistant polyester-cotton blend. The placemats and table runners are made of water-resistant polyester-cotton blend. The embroidered tablecloths and napkins are made of 100% linen. The courtesy towels are made of 100% linen, and the handkerchiefs are made of silky viscose.
