1. Custom designs: Due to the nature of our personalized products, they cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects, such as ink stains or other obvious defects.
2. Variation in measurements: it is normal for the fabric to shrink during the printing process. Final measurements may vary between 5% and 10%. This variation is not considered a factory defect.
3. Product conditions: Products must be returned in the same condition as they were received, without signs of use or washing. It is recommended to follow the washing instructions to avoid problems with the product.
Returns for Manufacturing Defects
*If the product has manufacturing defects, we assume the return shipping costs. In this case, please contact us within eight days of receiving the product to arrange the return and replacement.
Returns for Other Reasons
* If the return is not due to manufacturing defects, the buyer assumes the shipping costs.
* Products can be exchanged within eight days of receipt, as long as they are in perfect condition and without signs of having been used or washed.
